This document explains what data AIVFX Learn collects, why it is needed, and which services keep the site, payments, your account and the video working.
Who processes the data
Data operator and seller of the product: Шуткин Артем Дмитриевич (Artem Shutkin), individual entrepreneur registered in Russia. Rights holder of the materials: the seller.

What data is collected
Email, Telegram ID, Telegram username, name or display name, if the user provides them when signing in or claiming free material.
Account data, orders, payment status, whether access is granted, lesson progress, favourites and correspondence with support.
Technical data: cookies, UTM tags, the referring source, the page variant shown, and the date and time of actions on the site.
Why it is needed
To create an account, hand over the free material, take payment, open access to the lessons, restore access and show progress.
So that people who have already bought and people who have not do not receive the same messages.
To understand where users come from and at which step they most often leave the site.
Which services are used
Payments: Lava Top. Video and player: Kinescope.
We also use a site hosting service, cloud storage for user records, the Telegram Bot API for sign-in and messages, and an email provider.
Some of these services are located outside the Russian Federation, so data may be processed on servers in other countries.
Retention and deletion
Account, order and access data is kept for as long as access to the product, accounting confirmation of the purchase or the protection of either party's rights requires.
A user can request deletion or correction of their data at [email protected]. Some purchase data may be kept longer where the law or payment reporting requires it.
